$16-20 balances out the unfairness of capitalism for folks who need to pay less.
Pub social after: RonToms outdoor patio area in the back.
    2. Covid & Public health culture:
    - We are still orienting to long-covid coping in our personal lives, so Masks are required at our events. Wear a well-fitted (no gaps) N-95, K-N95, or surgical mask with a cloth mask cover to create a sealed fit.
    - Do not attend events if you are contagious with anything or hung out with someone you know was contagious w/o masking that week. Not sure if you're contagious - Ask a nurse friend, www.google.com, or stay home. 🙂
    - Let us know if you have symptoms of Covid-19, RSV, or Flu 1-3 days after an event. Then, please be extra sweet to yourself.
    - Wash your hands!
    3. Community Agreements:
This is a queer loving space that supports the expression, exploration, and rejection of gender & sex identities. The terms used to identify partnered positioning in our dance are Larks and Robins. No mint products are allowed at this dance. We are other fragrances-free as well. Entering this dance space, we ask that you agree to to the following cultural practices:
    1. To practice taking care of yourself to the best of your own, current capacity.
    2. To practice taking care of each other - especially on the dance floor.
    3. To practice consent in dancing, asking for support, resolving injury, and seeking repair.
    4. To practice saying “no” and “yes” in ways that both support your well being & don’t harm others.
    5. To practice being ok with screwing something up & allowing yourself and others to be imperfect - on and off the dance floor.
This is a living artifact that reflects the current agreements of the organizers and active community members and is subject to negotiation - except for the no mint.
    4. Community Support Needed:
    - Spread the word! We rely on you to make sure word spreads like a double rainbow across the sky.
    - Door volunteers: Ya’ll know, and we’ve appreciated your support making sure Jaydra doesn't have to do all the door work alone. Noah usually gets paid as talent, but neither of us get paid to organize this shindig, so please continue to support Jaydra also getting to enjoy the evening. You can also pay for your dance by doing a door shift for 1-3 dances. Most valuable times to support are during the lesson and first half hour of dance.
