Election results: 71 out of 210 eligible voters cast ballots. Everyone up for election or re-election was voted to the board including new members Becky Griswold and Lisa Scott, and returning board members Kathy Story, Dave Colpo, and Cynthia Stenger. The board accepts the election results.
Financial report looks good. PCDC approved 8 individual grants for a total of $1050. meaning of the old board adjourns.
The new board with new officers reconvenes and votes for Kathy Story to be the board president, Lindsey Grayzel to be the secretary, and Rick Kimball to be the treasurer.

The board reviews a draft of a new community development grants policy, which would give a structured application process for those seeking funds from PCDC to put on workshops, etc. The board discusses the community development budget, which includes items such as workshops, the picnic and sound equipment.
The board approves $250 for a music workshop put on by Larry Unger.
Picnic report: Becky Griswold is organizing the picnic and requests someone to lead games.
Audit report: Dave Colpo is working with Lindsey Grayzel and Rick Kimball to understand how important documents are currently tracked and stored and will eventually develop a best practices protocol.
The board approves $125 for a callers workshop that was put on by Laurel in May.
Contra Committee report: no news to share.
English committee report: English dance made a profit for the year and paid shares of eight dollars per performance. June 6 was a community lead dance and was well received. The English Ball planning is underway.
Northwest passage report: camp is not yet full, 97 campers are registered, three more campers are needed to break even financially.
Hillsborough dance report: the last dance was moderately successful, and they’re planning to continue.
Raindance report: the weekend went very well, netted $9300, up from $7200 the year before. The Raindance committee contributed $1000 of Raindance funds towards restoring the floors at Norse Hall. There was discussion regarding PCDC board approval for future discretionary donations.
The board approves up to $300 for new software needed to create the PCDC newsletter.
