Free Flash Waltz

Join the 10th annual Flash Waltz in the Northwest corner of The Portland Peninsula Park Rose Garden. This 90 minute community event is free and open for everyone to enjoy. In case of rain, the Waltz will be Sunday, August 18th @ 5pm. No Alcohol, no music amplifiers, masks optional.
