Sun Dec 3, 2023Contra Remix is back, with caller and DJ Noah Grunzweig!
This is a queer loving space that supports the expression, exploration, and rejection of gender & sex identities. The terms used to identify partnered positioning in our dance are Larks and Robins.
Community welcome and newcomers' lesson at 6:30; dance 7-10
Admission: $6-$20 sliding scale
Location: Norse Hall, upstairs - 111 NE 11th Ave, Portland

Our Saturday night series at Fulton Hall continues! Natterjack (Alex Sturbaum [Olympia], Hayden Stem[Seattle], Ezra Jane Landsman[Seattle]) will head down to make music for us. The caller will use gender-neutral terms.

Contra Dancing will fill the grand ballroom; a waltz mix upstairs in the Lodge Room, and a Blues mix in the basement. More details to come.
